Nightlife in Cancun
Cancun nightlife is well recognized as intensive, wild and fantastic. The choices range from a romantic lobby bar or a trendy lounge to the outrageous and wild clubs, where you can expect the unexpected!
The Hotel Zone has the most extensive discos and bars in Cancun, most of them very close to each other, so you can enjoy the parties in Cancun at state of the art discotheques, with all the glamour of a world tourist destination; Coco Bongo, The City and Daddy'O with their word electronic music; Bulldog and Hard Rock for the lovers of rock music. During the spring break, Cancun becomes wilder and more exciting that normal, filling the discotheque area with lots of young people ready to spend all night long dancing and feeling the rhythm of music. For Jazz music, Cancun nightlife has Havana Club at Hotel Zone, and at Cancun's downtown we can find Roots bar; Latino music is also present with Mambo Cafe at Plaza Las Americas and Sabor Latino at Chinatown Mall, both at downtown. Hotels present the Mexican folklore with live shows; same happens with Teatro de Cancun at Hotel Zone. One of the most known Mexican shows is the one featured at Xcaret eco-park.
