About Olympus Incentives, a Destination Management Company

In October 18, 1994 and under initiative of former hotelier Lakis Charalambous, Olympus Tours opened its doors in a small office in Bonampak Avenue in the resort town of Cancun, Mexico. The company was formed basically of some few enthusiastic professionals that shared Lakis Charalambous’s phylisophy of corteus, efficient and reliable service to visitors of the already worldwide known Mexican Resort.

In June 1997 and almost after three years and over a quarter of a million passengers served in Cancun, the company started a new operation in Los Cabos at the tip of Baja Peninsula.

In 1998 and after experiencing a major growth in the Group and Incentive business, Olympus Incentives was created as the division that would specialize in the management of this particular segment of the market.

The same year opened the outbound department promoting trips among locals and visitors to cities in the US, Canada, Europe and other resorts in the Caribbean.

Today, Olympus Tours has grown to become one of the largest Destination Management Companies in Mexico, with over 170 associates with operations in the most important Mexican Resorts: Cancun, Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta, Cozumel and Mexico City.
